Two separate tracks built on the same design language. Track A informs a wide audience that we are exhibiting. Track B is the voucher funnel, which offers a free entrance ticket and runs through a country manager approval gate. Everything below is clickable and testable.
One email, no offer of any kind. Tells people we are exhibiting and where to find us. Safe for the broadest list because it asks nothing of the recipient.
No ticket, no voucher, no form. The CTA points to the official REHACARE site for opening hours and visitor information. Greeting is neutral, so no first name is needed.
Offers a free entrance ticket. Green steps are automatic. The orange step is the country manager approval gate, handled in the Excel tracker rather than on this site.
Broad audience within the targeted list. Generic greeting, so it is safe where first names are missing. Its button leads to the registration page.
Leaner and more direct, built on the voucher offer and personalised with a first name merge field.
First name, last name, email, country and company are required. Country is mandatory because it routes the entry to the right country manager. Submit it empty to see the validation message, and switch language in the top right.
Appears right after a successful submission. Confirms the code is on its way and repeats the stand details.
Twice a week each manager reviews their own country's entries and marks Approved or Declined. Codes are then assigned from the finite pool, with duplicate protection and a live remaining count. Declined registrants receive no automated email.
Runs in REHACARE2026_Voucher_Approval_Tracker.xlsx, not on this site.
Sends only to approved people, triggered by the voucher-assigned tag. Carries the unique code, the four redemption steps and the invitation to book a booth appointment.
Every registration submitted in test mode appears here, which demonstrates that colleagues can register several different guests one after another. Stored only in your own browser and never sent anywhere.
All of these are deliberately marked as placeholders in the files.
